Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
If you purchase goods online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You are entitled to a refund of the item price and the standard delivery cost
Refunds may be reduced if the item has been handled more than necessary to inspect it

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the outcome
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days
Refunds will be made to your original payment method
6. Delivery Charges
We will refund the standard delivery cost only (where applicable)
Any upgraded or express shipping services are non-refundable
7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address provided
Failure to collect the parcel
Refusal to accept delivery
Failure to pay customs duties or taxes (for international orders)
We may deduct reasonable costs incurred, including:
Return shipping fees charged by the courier
Any customs or import charges
8. International Orders – Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
If these charges are not paid and the item is returned to us, any associated costs may be deducted from your refund.
9. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in a resaleable condition.
