Shipping Policy

UK Shipping

• Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped using tracked courier services.

• Rates are weight-based and displayed at checkout.

• Delivery times are typically 2–4 working days, but may vary depending on courier performance.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using tracked courier services. Customers can select the appropriate shipping zone (Europe, North America, Asia & Oceania, Rest of World, or Russia) at checkout.

• Weight-based rates apply and will be displayed before payment.

• Delivery times vary by country but are usually 5–15 working days.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

• All international customers are responsible for their own import duties, VAT, and local taxes.

• These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.

• Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.

Additional Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs shown at checkout are based on standard courier rates with a reasonable margin for packaging and handling.

• In rare cases where actual courier charges exceed the rate shown (for example, remote locations, oversized shipments, or courier surcharges), we reserve the right to:

1. Contact you before dispatch, and

2. Issue an additional invoice for the balance of shipping costs.

• If you do not accept these additional costs, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Restricted Destinations

• We reserve the right to decline shipping to countries where courier services are unavailable or unreliable.

• Deliveries to Russia are subject to additional restrictions and may be refused if courier services cannot guarantee safe delivery.

Tracking & Delivery

• Tracking details will be provided where available.

• Once dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not liable for courier delays or customs processing times.
